  1. Missing UDF Report

    I need to run a report when a specific UDF is blank.
    I am starting to think redtail is only good for the little guy....we have a lot of clients...I need to quickly find clients that are missing data

  2. Ability to change username

    I just got married and can't change my username to reflect my new name. I am able to change my last name where it appears in Redtail, but not your username.

  4. Narrowing Down UDF Reports

    It would be a really nice feature to be able to utilize more than one user define field to narrow down a report. For example, searching by a UDF that is a yes or no value, then narrowing THAT search down by another filter.

  5. activity created by report

    Would like to see a report that tells us how many appointments were set and which user set them. This could be accomplished by simply using an Activity report that is already out there (Activities by Contact) and adding the activity's Created by and Created Date fields.

  7. Action Send Email to Client

    Add an automation feature where once a step is completed, a pre-written email is sent to our clients (not us) with follow up information.

    I would love a way to set-up custom alerts such as a client's one-year anniversary with my firm, or a client reaching a $1m - events that I would like to memorialize in some way.

  11. typing dates

    PLEASE stop forcing us to type dates as dd/MM/yyyy and then click on the same date on the pop up calendar. We should be able to type the date quickly and easily - ddmmyy or ddmm with the year as the default current; as we were able to do so in LeapFrog Legacy.

  13. Combining Contacts shouldn't trigger New Account automations

    When combining contacts when accounts are moving from one contact to another my automation that triggers for new accounts is getting triggered. It is NOT a new account and has already been handled.

  14. Family Report

    When running a Family report you can only do it on one client. Please consider a way to run a family report on all clients at the same time so you do not have to go to each client one by one to run the report. We would like to have one report that lists all family members for each client. When running a membership report some children do not have the same last name as their parents so they are not listed with the parent they are some where else on the report according to their name.   15. Add photo images to Notes section of client profile

    We use super-sized 3M chart paper during our in-office client meetings and would love to be able to snap an image of them to apply to the Notes section, or elsewhere to make them readily available for future reference in follow-up calls and meetings. This could also be handy when clients and contacts attend our social events, and we'd like to record fun photos that have become a part of our relationship with them.

  16. Add ability to select an activity template when creating a new activity in the app

    We rely heavily on the activity templates we have created to assign tasks. It would be a huge improvement if we could select from the templates when creating an activity in the app.

  18. make the advanced search options editable like they used to be

    We used to be able to edit the fields (like backspace or type in) in the advanced search. For example, contact category.
    We could use the operand "begins with" and type "client" since our categories are (client - A, client - B, etc.) and it would pull all clients.

    Now we have to do a separate search for each category (4) just to pull a list of our clients.

  19. Contact by state report includes work address

    The contact report of Contacts by State is including home and work addresses. So clients can be listed twice if they work in a different state. It would be better for this report to pull the primary address - which would be the state of residence for tax and licensing purposes.

  20. Please add a pop-up alert before saving an activity if there is no linked contact

    There have been multiple times that we have created an activity from the calendar view and forgot to add a linked contact. Please add a pop-up notification to confirm saving if a linked contact has not been added.
