How can we improve Redtail Technology's CRM?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Mobile app - add accounts to menu at bottom of Contact

    Getting to a client accounts is a primary reason to use the mobile app. I believe having “accounts” as a standalone button for easy access would be great. This would avoid having to click on the 3 buttons at the bottom right of the app to get the drawdown menu to then select “accounts”

  2. Activities

    Maybe it's just my old eyes but it's difficult to differentiate between completed activities and non-completed activities in the mobile app. Perhaps using color coding as opposed to the faint bold/non bold type to tell the difference?

  3. mobile app

    Calendar view - Allow to view calendar by week, month, etc. that is not in list form. but in calendar form. Similar to google calendar.

  4. Please add UDFs to the mobile app. There is important info an advisor needs to see before a meeting when on the road.

  6. Mobile app - ability to use "Today" tab feature but filter for past due or upcoming items

    Would be great to have the ability to use the "Today" tab but have a filter option to look at past due / upcoming activities too. On the web version there's a hyperlink that takes you to "Open Activities - Past Due" or "Upcoming items". That view helps me visually plan with a to-do like feature that I miss out on in the app. The calendar shows past due but it's not on one running list as it does on the website. It's a delayed per day view on calendar.. Would love a listed out version as it does on…

  8. biometrics

    Is there a reason biometrics was removed as a login preference on the mobile app? Please stop making the app harder to use instead of easier and less secure instead of more secure.

    We need the ability to see, edit and initiate workflows within the Mobile App. Workflows are a major part of how we use Redtail.

  12. Add documents to a contact record from the mobile app

    It would be helpful to be able to add a document to a contact from the mobile app. when my office meets with clients outside the office we like to take photos with our phones of our handwritten notes that we give to the clients that way we can keep track and answer any questions. Ideally we would like to be able to upload that photo directly from our phones camera-roll directly to a clients notes or document section. Just like uploading a document in the desktop version.

  13. View full contact name in mobile app

    I would like to be able to view the entire contact record when using the mobile app. Many of our contacts go by their middle name or a nickname and we need to be able to see all the information in the app, not just first and last name.
