Please add "activity completed" as a trigger for automation templates.

    This request is several years old with no update. The entire automation section has received very little attention despite several requests from users. Like most things, this feature was only 75% implemented!

    It would be very beneficial for the advisor if we can add this Trigger item. Please consider/ reconsider adding a Completed Activity Trigger. Thank you!!

    Having a Trigger Event for Completed Activity would be very helpful. I hope you continue to consider adding this item.

    The trigger event options are seriously limited, we don't find much use out of this system. Would LOVE to see this as an option soon. When an advisor completes an activity, an administrative assistant often has some follow up work to do, this would help hugely. Workflow integrations for automations would be nice too.

    Any status update on this request. Redtail marketing sure does boast on its automation feature however it is seriously lacking and receives no attention from developers to enhance it.

    This suggestion is several years old and the automation triggers are seriously lacking! This would be a key solution to many operational processes that involve timing. Please listen to the advisors using the system when deciding on updates!!

    Would be great for any field to trigger an automation, including user defined fields.

    It would be great to have an activity updated trigger too simply because when you start an activity, then hit create and edit, anything you update here is now considered a change not an activity added.

    This would allow for a follow up for compliance review of items or a lot of other use cases.

    Ability to trigger an automation when an activity is completed.

    That way when you complete an activity it would automatically initiate a workflow.
