    I fail to understand why the app behaves like that when searching for people by name, but when trying to discriminate by name, as in the case of the duplicate name report, it ignores the middle name, and returns unnecessary data, cluttering up the report.

  5. When creating new activity, give users the option to make the "more details page" the default.

    And while you're at it, add the ability to select multiple contacts from the dropdown list of "Linked Contacts" in "Add Activity"!
