When adding notes to Redtail there needs to be a box that you can check called "Copy to spouse" so that you don't have to scroll through hundreds of "Smith's" to find the spouse.

Please add the capability to add NOTES at the HOUSEHOLD level, a single entry for HOUSEHOLD info rather than posting to all members of a household.

We would like to be able to go into a setting to opt in for notes to automatically copy to anyone linked to the client (spouses). At this time we manually copy to spouses, but since we do this every time, we'd like to be able to set it up to do so automatically.

A preference for all notes being added to a household to go to all in the household

I would like to be able to add notes to the household as a whole. In other words, instead of adding notes to each individual contact, I would like to be able to add notes through the household its self if it is created. So, if I created "The Jones Family" with David and Alice Jones as members, I wanted to add the notes to "The Jones Family" and have it show up without having to copy notes to both contacts each time. Right now, the only way to efficiently see notes for both people is to just create one contact for entire household. This then causes us to lose other efficiencies in the system, such as a birthday report.

when you are adding a note in someones profile allow the spouse of the person to be seen so you can add them to the note

When adding an additional contact to a note, it would be nice if the linked spouse popped up right at the top of the names list, instead of having to scroll for it
