    There are many types of NQ accounts (Individual, JTWROS, JTIC, TOD, JTWROS TOD, Trust, Estate, to name a few. However there are many Qualified account types, and there is a drop down for those.

    We should see the account registration type for all accounts, not just the Qualified ones.

    @Anonymous I think what Mary is saying is that she wants from her quick searches (the one that auto-suggests as you type) to have option to only display active clients, not deceased, inactive, and prospects. 99% of time those contacts are noise. Active clients need to be prioritized and more easily accessible without using "Advanced Search" like you're describing.

    There is so much wasted white space on the Notes and Activities screens. We need more simplified visibility in general. I think it's partially because of all the categorization options.

    Some of us don't categorize every note. Sometimes a note is just a note.

    Even without a robust "client portal", the ability to invite clients to periodically "affirm" or "update" their contact information would be huge.

    It's easy to lose track of 200+ people... they change jobs, they drop their land line or get a new cell phone plan, they move addresses without telling you. It would be great to be able email and engage our clients once per year with an easy "widget" that they could interact with.

    I am not visually impaired and in the right light it is nearly impossible to detect the pale yellow that highlights the current date. It needs to be darker/bolder (not brighter) to contrast with the white calendar around it.
