It would be GREAT if you would ADD Workflows to the Activities (Tasks)! I rarely use the Workflows because it's at the bottom of the page under the Client and not as user friendly. Please Add the Workflow option to the Activities and have the steps appear there as well. Thank you!!

YES! Please make the calendar default to the current week! I spend so much time scrolling to the day I need every time I add an activity or return back to the full calendar page. I waste a lot of time and the refresh is pretty slow too.

Please add more information to the Profile Form/Redtail or make an editable form. Include information such as:
Children quantity, names, contact info / grand children quant and names / Trusted Contact relationship, name and contact info / hobbies, financial and general goals / vacation plans / priorities/what's important / things they would like to learn about (for seminar or include info in newsletters) / have a "Review notes area" in RT that populates on the profile form so that from one client review to the next a note shows up on the profile form so that the advisor can mention/discuss it with the client.Chris

Yes! Have the word "comment" change from blue to another color & bold so you can tell there is a comment attached. It's way to subtle right now with a little (1) next to it
