Exclude Weekends as Business Days
Exclude weekends from working days. For Workflow Target dates, weekends are currently included as working days. These should be able to be exclude. So if your workflow has a task that is 4 days before the target date, it would be 4 BUSINESS days before the Target Date. If a meeting is scheduled on a Monday or Tuesday, it doesn't leave many working days to complete the workflow appropriately. This is not ideal.

send notification or reminder the a workflow has started or to remind people they have something due
When creating a new workflow, I want to let someone know that the process has started. IT would be great to be able to have a drop down option "Notify User" that would send a notification to people who may not have tasks but you want notified that the process has started.
Similarly, for workflows that I created and are overdue, the ability to send a reminder that someone has a task due.
These would override the user's notification preferences on just those workflows.

Automations - "Added by" option
We have 50+ users in our database. I would like to automate servicing advisor field based on "Added by" as follows:
Trigger Contact Added> "Added by" Equals < e.g.Joe Advisor > "Set Field" > Servicing Advisor to < Joe Advisor>
I currently have permission automations based on Contact Added and Servicing Advisor but Advisors are forgetting that they need to put the servicing advisor to trigger the automation. So using the Added by option would help those folks who forget so it fully automated much of the processes.

Current step due date is not correct! Please use DUE DATE under current step
The fact that I am having such a hard time describing how difficult workflows are should explain the problem right there....however, the current step due date on the workflow list is inaccurate- it should be the CURRENT STEP

Zoom Phone Integration
It would be nice to have Zoom Phone integrate with Redtail. Examples might include click-to-call from the contact page, updating contact record when a call is made or received, etc...

allow for ALL membership codes to be customized, edited or deleted
Why does there need to be "default" membership codes. it make it confusing and cumbersome, please allow for the entire list to be customized.

Connect Activities & Notes to an Opportunity
Any Activity, Note, or Email should be able to be simultaneously linked to an Opportunity in addition to being linked to a contact and/or Account. Notes inside an opportunity do not automatically link to the corresponding contact(s) and Vice Versa. It is as if Notes inside an Opportunity are hidden within the Opportunity. All Notes and Activities related to a contact should be visible in the contact view, but only the activities and Notes related to the Opportunity should show inside the Opportunity view. This would gather all email communications, notes and activites (past and future) related to that Opportunity…

recurring tasks
Three things: 1) when adding a new task, it would be great if the task edit box opened automatically instead of having to create the task and then click to edit the task. Just eliminates a step. 2) we would like to have the option to have recurring tasks in a workflow - ex: send quarterly report to client XYZ. 3) If there was a way closing one workflow could automate the start of another specific workflow, that would also be awesome! Right now we have a final task or outcome in the workflow that reminds the user to manually…

Target Dates Based on Previous Step
It would be nice if I could sequence my workflows based on the PREVIOUS STEP as well as the Target Date. Example: My assistant submits paperwork on Monday and I would like to have him/her make a follow-up call 4 days from submission.

Contact Record Opportunities
It would be nice if you were able to tell that a client was associated with an opportunity from their main contact landing page. It would alleviate the necessity to pull up the opportunities sub-tab under each contact individually.

workflow outcome description template
Ability to create a template for the 'step notes' free-entry text box (comes up after completing a workflow step and adding an outcome). IE to make sure outcome notes are consistent, and prompt/remind user what details should be included in that box.
Similar to the template ability for description box on activities + notes.

broadcast email
If I run a quick list to show all clients that have email and a husband/wife both have the same email in their records, the broadcast email gets sent twice to the same address. I currently have to review hundreds of contacts and uncheck anyone that has a duplicate email. I would like the system to disregard duplicate emails and only send once for each email provided

Please add the feature to archive the emails that are sent out through Marketing Central like they used to in C2C through FMG Suite before the changeover.

Ability to add workflow creation date as a future date
I would like the ability to add a workflow at a date in the future. I.E. RMD distribution workflow, client wants to take that rmd in December and we have a review in April. Instead of adding a task to add that workflow to the client's profile, have the ability to create the workflow now that has a "start date" of december of that year. I can somewhat do this by using target date, but then the tasks are created to be done months in the future. I would prefer to "schedule" the workflow to start at a future date…

workflow filter
I filter the workflows to get a list pertaining to me. If i click on one and read it, could the back/return button take me back to the filtered list? Right now it goes back to the unfiltered, full list and i have to re-filter under my name again.

Workflow Overview With All Staff: Workflow User On Step Rather Than Workflow Owner
When I go to the list of all the active workflows that all staff are working on, I'd rather see which person on the workflow that the current step is on, NOT the workflow owner. The workflow owner being shown is especially annoying if that owner no longer works there. We review this list in a weekly meeting and it adds extra steps to have to open up a new tab to see which person is working on a step. This would be a huge help and add efficiency for us. Thanks!
