zapier integration: add "Assignee" field to their templates.
Zapier is an incredibly powerful tool, but it's missing a significant amount of customization. when adding a new activity/task, we need the ability to manipulate the attendees.

Activity Report - Linked Contacts - can sort online but doesn't in PDF
It would be great if the PDF report could print Linked Contacts alphabetically A to Z. I can sort A to Z online in the report section but when I select PDF it scrambles the names up so what I see on my screen does NOT match printed version. So frustrating!!! Also, if there are 2 linked contacts it prints "2 contacts" and not the names.

activities by contact report
Please modify the Activities by Contact PDF report back to show Type and Category again. What is the use of having a filter to select several options if when you do the pdf report doesn't display both Type and Category.
This report has gone backwards as now you have to select a particular Type & Category, run & print report and start all over again with the next Type & Category - not time efficient if you have several types & categories.
Per the help desk, it has to do with the number of columns allowed on a pdf report.…

Note Report
We would like the ability to format/customize the Note Report in Redtail. When generating this report the information displayed isn't organized in a way we'd prefer. We would like the information to display vertically as opposed to horizontally (ideally be able to flip between both views). Listing Contact Name, Note Added, Account Number, Note, etc) on the left side in a vertical manner as opposed to a header horizontally.

automation opportunity - Change stage updates contact status
Using the Opportunities section is tedious. To help reduce all the manual inputs, when an Opportunity Stage is changed to Closed-LOST, have the system update the contacts Status to the appropriate category. It would also be helpful to have lost inactive. It would be great if, stage changed to WON, trigger automation to update contact status to client.

App notes
App > Recent Notes.
My team reviews all items every day. The web based version is great for this. But the mobile app doesn’t have a “Recent Notes” tab! Custom Time Horizons
Make the Time Horizon field under Strategic Allocation Model edit-able. Our broker/dealer requires a time frame instead of a general term like intermediate. For example, 0-3 years, 3-5 years, 5-10 years, 10+ years. Is it possible to change the available drop down selections there?

Why can't you provide a component of team notification that shows when you've notified a team member?
Why can't you provide a component of team notification that shows when you've notified a team member? Otherwise, how can the user know that he or she has successfully accomplished that task? The drop down should have a component where the person(s) notified are highlighted.

there is not an option to add an Employer for a new contact via the mobile app.
I enjoy RedTail, but would love to have more options via IPad so i can work confidently anywhere. Currently there is not an option to add an Employer for a contact via the mobile app when you are adding someone new. Often you meet someone in the field and you have an ipad with you. Can we consider this?

Clients by zip codes charts
I would like to see and be able to have a list and pie chart for active clients according to zip codes. Easier and better to see what zip codes areas get our majority of clients. Better to target areas.

View all contacts in a generated report instead of only 50 at a time with multiple pages
When you create a client report you can only view 50 contacts at a time with multiple page tabs. Instead it would be easier to view all contacts that fall into that report made.

Add 'nickname' as a Zapier connected field.
I find the Zapier functionality fascinating. Please add 'nickname' as a Zapier sync-able (is that a word?) field. Thank you.

Email notification
The email notification is great. I would like for us to be able to see the person it's assigned to, AND those who are notified, so we can know who's 'in the loop.'

Notes Report
It would be helpful if we could print the Notes Report for a specific account for a client. Ex. If a client wants to talk about their IRA, we have to print a Note Report that includes all notes for all accounts, which requires us to search through the report to highlight the notes for the IRA if the client has multiple accounts.

More Detailed Activities Report
In Activity Report I can generate a report that shows completed appointments by advisors YTD and in the last 12 month. However - I need to identify the advisor the appointment was assigned to as well as the Avisor of the client (sometimes they are different) and the client type - A+, A, B or C. If I send the results to search and custom import it I will lose the appointment information.

next360 part of Pershing/Improvement to end user
I want to have the ability to see the avg. cost of each equity along with the original purchase date if there are multiple purchase dates I will need to see each purchase date. In order to be tax efficient with clients this information is essential.

Advanced Search
In the "advanced Search" filters, it would be most user friendly to include the ability to add parentheses around logical connectives to more intuitively command the account information. I'll give an example:
I stratify clients into tag groups A Clients, B Clients, C Clients, and D Clients. There are several without any tag group, and I'm looking for a list of current clients not in Qualified Plans status, who don't have one of these tags. The Logical operand is easiest explained as:
( Contact-Status-Equal To-Client AND Contact-Category-Not Equal To- Qualified Plan ) AND( Tag Group-Tag-not equal to A-Client AND Tag…
