If you are using Windows, you can press the Windows button and the "H" key at the same time to open the dictation software that is embedded in Windows for this.

Since Copytalk allows you to change the email delivery preferences to have the dictation sent as an HTML or Word attachment, there should be some relatively simple solution for this...

At a minimum, having the ability to edit notes (regardless of the integration type) is essential, allowing the end user to correct any typos or garbled sections.
From a compliance standpoint, logging those changes and having a report available to "Changes" (similar to the one for Deleted Notes) should be sufficient.

Completely agree with Audrey. As an alternative to deleting the Note from the Copytalk section of the Today page, what would be better is if there was a column indicating the Record the Note was connected to. That would let us quickly identify whether it was linked to a contact (or the correct one), while still have the ability to click the dropdown option to Create Tasks, Activities, etc.

Completely agree. There's already a Save, Complete, and New so it shouldn't be too difficult...
