To be able to get dollar value of accounts by type (ie we want to know the percentage of $$ in the fee-based accounts vs mutual funds) The current chart is useless to us because it includes closed accounts and those with zero balances.

Most of our activities are in the "all day portion" I would like to be able to prioritize them myself (such as putting my most important at the top and working down) I do like that on the tailwag that they don't rearrange themselves every time I update an item though!

When we print the pdf UDF report it is titled "Udfs by Contact" ... First everywhere else UDF are capital letters as they should be for an abbreviation and it would be preferred to have the client's name in the title (vs. "by Contact') and not a whole column repeating their name.
