    Our firm uses Redtail's Zimbra server for email and calendar services, and use Outlook desktop app. We don't use Redtail's CRM internal calendar.
    Specific to this platform recommendation, we would like Redtail to urge Zimbra's developers work with Calendly so there would be a direct server sync. Currently we have to use Calendly's plug-in app with the PC and Outlook running to sync up, and it is a major system hog each time (I have it set for 1x/hr). Calendly already of course has a direct server-to-server integration with Microsoft 365/Exchange. But not yet with Zimbra's server.

    Contacts listed under Departments in company records should show up in basic Contact search box results (the search field at the top of the main dashboard screen).
    Until this is fixed, users need to create a new CRM contact also for every "department" contact at our vendors and other non-individual contact types.

    Would also be great to be able to import all fields from a single or a group of Outlook or vCard records.

    I use a smart phone app called CamCard that scans in business cards and brings them into the phone's contacts, pretty accurately too. With a user-operable import function we could scan in a card and import the vCard to a Redtail CRM record.

    Best I can tell this is, at least sort of, programmed into the new Redtail version launched this month. Select the activity view called "Past Due & This Week" to see all.

    And you can use the new feature using the checkboxes from the dashboard Activity view, then click on the "Selected(x)" link and choose what you want to do with the selected items. In my opinion, this functionality is a great improvement over the old version.
