Yesterday was 30+ minutes on hold and last week 45 minutes on hold. Not including the time resolving the problem just the unpleasant (in my opinion) background music while on hold. Please resolve soon! I've also voted for chat as a solution.. most of the issues I have could easily be resolved with a chat with a person... you could think a technology company would have some additional technology. Just my thought.

Incoming/Outgoing Calls
Dictations
Important Info
ETCYou can then search for those categories through the reports section.
To set up note categories:
1. Click your name in top right hand corner
2. Manage Your Account
3. Manage Database Lists
4. (On the right- Under Activities and Notes) Choose Categories
5. Chose Categories
THEN...
Create Note Template
Redtail has a how to guide on this one.. its very easy to understand. find it by clicking the ? on top right hand corner of CRM, Redtail Helpdesk, Type "Note Template" in the search bar and VOILA!An error occurred while saving the comment Hollie Crabtree commentedSo... there is a long drawn out way to do this...

Not sure if you have solved this issue yet, but I think by using the membership option this will help run the report to then send broadcast emails vs. trying to use the professional contact spot in know your client section.
