    Never going to happen. Notes aren't editable for compliance reasons. If you could edit a note, somone could "go back in time" to cover for a mistake.

  3. Workflow task showing due on calendar when task is completed. Task colors do change when task is completed but still shows as due.

    You can change this. Go to Calendar>Actions>Change colors>Workflows, then change your color.. Will automatically change all in arrears. You can also "hide completed" in the Actions tab on the Calendar if you want.

    Look into Redcapture. It's a third party company that populates directly into Redtail.

    If you remove the "primary" status of one of the contacts email address, it should not populate in the broadcast email list... I think.
