    Please revisit this. The hold times have just gotten worse and worse since COVID-19. Every time I wait at least 30 minutes - sometimes over an hour. Not helpful if you have to run to a meeting

    PLEASE add this feature! And also add it as a notification for that user when they log into RedTail in the bell for ALERTS in case they miss their email!
