  7. Ability to add notes once a task is completed in a workflow. As of now you can only add notes after a Step is completed.

    Email notifications need a link to the activity/workflow its associated with. Too many times i look at an email update to an activity or workflow step/task then i have to spend time searching for that item when i should just be able to click on it.
