Add the ability to add Notes to a step without completing it
At this time, the only way to communicate with EVERYONE associated with a Step is to complete the current Step, add notes in the window that pops up, and have an outcome that recycles back to the current Step. This means that all of the Tasks within the Step that have already been completed are refreshed.
We should be able to put in Notes on a step that can be shared with everyone without having to redo work all over again (or at least assign work all over again).

Include Activity subject in email subject line
In email notification of activities - include the actual subject of the activity in the subject line of the email.

Automation Activity Update
In automation please add as a trigger event "Accitivty Changed/Update". I would like the system to notify a specific person that an appointment is updated/changed.

Zapier
Deleted or changed appointments don’t feed to Zapier. Therefore, when linking Acuity to Redtail using Zapier, the acuity calendar gets out of date since deleted or changed appointments in Redtail can’t feed through.
Please add support to send changed dates/times or deletions through Zapier to Acuity.

Make Albridge downloads more detailed; they are too basic.
Albridge downloads should include company name, account or product type, holding details and how the account is titled. Currently all we get is an account number and account value.

Automation based on UDFs/Dates
It would be great if we were able to set up automation triggers based on if a UDF date field expires. For example, if we want to do a cash flow review every 2 years and we have a UDF that shows the date of the last cash flow review, it would be awesome to have an activity created once the last cash flow review hits the 2 year mark.

Automations: Change of Contact Status TO Create/Update Contact Tag Group
We use MarketingPro for scheduled campaigns to our clients via email. The only way to set groups in MP from RT is to set up tag groups for each campaign. It would be GREAT if there were automations triggered when a Contacts Status is changed to one of our options to automatically trigger them to be added/removed or changed to the specific tag group. This way, our campaigns in MP are always up to date and current to actual contact status.
Example:
Contact Status updated to 'Former Client' triggers the 'Active Client' Tag Group to be removed.

Pop up box that asks you if you want to proceed if you don't hit save button on workflow
Pop up box that asks you if you want to proceed if you don't hit save button on activity/workflow.
Sometimes we click out of the pop up box before we hit the save and all the work is lost.
If there could be a notification box that asks you to proceed, that would be best.

Creating an Activity Should Send ONE Notification
When creating an activity... Why does person you are assigning it to receives more than one email notification on the activity? You need to click on edit to add the location and notes, therefore I didn't save the activity so the email shouldn't be sent. If I didn't "Save" it I'm not done creating it.

Sync Redtail Calendar with Zapier with more options
If there was an api to sync redtail calendar with zapier giving many available fields to then sync the redtail with acuity, calendly, etc.

Set Roles when Creating new Contact
When adding a new contact, we can set the permissions (which is a great addition, thank you!) but you can't set the roles without going into the contact page. It would be useful to be able to set the roles there in the create screen because we have workflows that automate when a new contact is added. Right now they default to one person, because if the workflow automates and the roles aren't set, it assigns to no one. reoccurring events when editing "occurrence only" actually edits ALL future. Needs to be fixed.
This needs to be fixed as when you make a change to a reoccurring it changes ALL future even though you only have "occurrence" selected.

Note Report in Portrait mode
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE add an option to print the Note Report in portrait mode like it used to be. We scan our notes to Dropbox, and it is really hard to read them sideways later when we need to...plus the Subject, Notes, Start Date, and Complete Date don't print out properly either.

Automations IF conditions...
Why are we unable to use any of the IF conditions across the different trigger events? EX for a trigger event of Activity Added, I can only use IF conditions that revolve around Activities. A trigger event of Contact Status change will only allow IF conditions revolving around Contact information.
What I need is the ability to have a trigger of an Activity Added allow me to use IF conditions from Contact info, such as category, status etc.
Summary: If the IF conditions are available in one instance they should be available in all instances it seems.

Contact by duplicate name report should consider middle name & suffix
This report needs to take middle name and suffx into account. "John A. Smith" and "John W. Smith Jr" really shouldn't be considered duplicate records.

Retriever and Outlook calendar - link to contact based on email address of invitee
When using retriever, it would be nice if when synching from outlook calendar to Redtail that the meeting could be linked to a redtail contact based on email address of the people invited to the meeting. This woudl remove a manual step in linking the contact after opening the calendar item in Redtail.
