Also the timeline needs to show completed activities and the notes associated with them. These don't currently show either.

The Timeline concept is a great idea, but currently it is a bit misleading. One would think that every notation throughout different portions of the system, for example Workflow step or task notes, and Emails to/from the cilent, would show in the timeline. Currently they don't. Including these items would make the timeline one comprehensive place to scroll through and see the communications and actions of the client relationship, and would thus be very helpful.

The new chart feature in Tailwag on Today's Overview is nice, but could be made to be actually useful if it were possible for the user to select which of the items shown were wanted in viewing of the chart. For example, on the one for contact status, I'd love to be able to narrow it down to the statuses we use just for clients, so I could see that demographic breakout. My thinking is that, if you had check boxes next to these fields somewhere, then a person could set it to exactly what they wanted to see, and it would be very useful.

It would be great to have one of the automation triggers be a certain step being reached within a workflow. Ideally I can think of multiple instances when I would like a certain workflow step - if the workflow goes that direction - to then kick off another workflow. While I know that I could instead perhaps decide to embed that second workflow into the first as tasks, that type of setup isn't always appropriate. Using automation would give me the ability to automatically tie two workflows together, without having one be inside another.

Please consider VOIP integration with 8x8 or Nextiva, which are both larger, well known providers in the business VOIP space, with much more robust platforms to support advisors' needs.
