    You can pin notes in the notes section already; they don't appear under "latest notes" from the contact page, but you can.

    When I have a list of clients who have DECLINED, and they're still appearing in the total "Attendee" count, this is a problem. Anyone who has elected to decline attendance should not be counted in the total Attendee number.
