Pin a note feature

Have the option to pin an important note in the contact record so it can be easily accessable.

    You can pin notes in the notes section already; they don't appear under "latest notes" from the contact page, but you can.

    The "Important Notes" section doesn't show up for all clients in a family, so NO. Need to be able to pin a note to the top of the notes. It looks like this feature should be available but it doesn't show up for me.
