   We used pinned notes in our old CRM quite often for important recurring tasks as well as for important notes we wanted to keep at the top of a client's record. PLEASE implement this feature ASAP.

   I see this has been pending for quite some time. This is a critical feature we had with our previous CRM and is the biggest concern we currently have from Redtail. Hoping this can be pushed ahead into development. I'm happy to share our our old CRM tool functioned if it'd help at all. Thank you!
