Attendee Dots
Please allow us to remove these new attendee dots showing up on the calendar. I think many people don't need them. My calendar was already crowded and now it makes it worse. Thanks for your consideration.

bring back the "Today" button on the Calendar PLEASE
I am lost. The "TODAY" button on the calendar is sorely missed. When you are booking months and weeks in advance, it is nice to select TODAY and are back to the task and meetings at hand.

Please bring back old calendar or give us legacy version.
Bring back old version of calendar or give access to legacy version. Going forward on new 'lipstick' launches it would behoove developers to have a toggle button (like everyone else in the world) to try new version or not. You can easily track this data and see what the percentage is on usage. No rocket science. Much better than unhappy group.

With the new re-design of the calendar, the "Today" button is gone. Please please bring it back!

Please Replace the "Today" Button on the Calendar
The latest update removed the front facing "Today" button from the Calendar, making it harder to navigate back to the current day when needed.

The initial bubble on appointment boxes for clients is not feasible for every office.
We are having a hard time with the new initial bubble on appointment boxes on the calendar. We have 2 advisors with the same initials and it's extremely difficult to decipher who's appointment the client is for when scheduling appointments. Please change back to full names on appointments.

Bring back the "Today" button on the calendar
When the buttons with the initials of people in a meeting was added, the Today button was removed. I used that often when I was looking out on my calendar to schedule a future appointment and then wanted to get back to the current week quickly.

Bring back the original 'This Week' toggle button.
We wish you would not have removed the 'this week' button between the day/month buttons. Now, when we schedule something a few weeks/months out, we now have to manually scroll back to the current week. Previously we could just hit the 'this week' button and be immediately there. It wastes time for sure.

ADD THE TODAY BUTTON BACK ON THE CALENDAR SCREEN!!!!!!!!!!
Add the Today button back on the calendar screen! This should never have been removed! Wasted clicks getting back to today when moving back or forward though the months.

Attendee Dots on Calendar- Preference option
Have there be an option in preference to remove the attendee dots. This can be very distracting. All I'm able to see in my calendar at the dots and it looks very busy. Also, if you have more than one employee with the same initial then it defeats the purpose of having a quick glance to see who is in attendance. This is not a helpful feature and I would like the option to remove it.

Turn off the new Attendees Circle/Bubble
Please make the new Attendees Circle/Bubble... optional.

Exclude Attendee Import in Suite Sync
Suite Sync imports all meeting invitees as guests.
When conducting a large meeting with external guests, emails are blasted out revealing EVERY guests contact information.
This is both a security liability and an incredible inconvenience to attendees, directly impacting customer experience.We need to be able to (some combination of):
- Disable external attendees from being added as guests automatically
- Prevent guests from receiving notifications to changes by Redtail users
- Don't share guest contact information on email updates to other guests
- Mark meetings as Private in Outlook to prevent them from syncing to Redtail

Appointment Mode Toggle at Type of Calendar
Have an obvious easy to click toggle at top of calendar so when you go to schedule a meeting you can click the toggle so you only see Appointments and can view the entire monthly calendar without having to scroll back and forth on the screen because all the tasks and other items are showing.

Bring back Full Names of Attendees in Calendar as an option aka I don't like the dots.
Give users option of having dots for attendees on the calendar or going back to full names. You just changed it and now it makes the calendar huge and harder to read with large gaps between items. Also, people have the same initials a lot of times, I know you can change colors but it still is not ideal.

Attendee Dots on Calendar as a Preference Option
Allow us Users to have the new roll out of the Attendee Dots on the calendar as a Preference Option. Even while being able to change the colors, it is still very over-stimulating, and harsh on the eyes for many. For folks that also suffer from anxiety, this is extremely hard.

New "Linked Attendees" initials eat up too much space on the monthly calendar. Should be a way to use the old method or remove entirely.

Bring back the Today button on the calendar
Please bring back the 'Today' button on the calendar as it was used very frequently when scheduling and finding appointments. It is now very inconvenient to use the calendar which is the main task we use Redtail for.
