Extend the session time for Redtail Imaging
Extend the session time for Redtail Imaging or a setting to choose the session time before auto-logout. It can become tedious logging into Imaging over and over. Retriever used to let us login all day and we could open multiple documents at once in our own PDF viewer.

Retriever syncing with Multiple tags (or multiple Quick lists)
It looks like this may have been similarly stated elsewhere but thought I'd make a post of my own just to be sure.
It would be great if retriever cloud could allow for syncing multiple tags or quick lists to Outlooks contacts. Currently it seems only one is allowed but we like to try and organize our clients by different services such as "401k Clients" and "Tax Only" clients, this categorization is especially helpful when needing to email multiple clients of a given service about certain updates.

Incoming email meeting requests are not automatically added to the Redtail sync calendar in Outlook. Publicize any workaround for this.
I would like my calendar to sync without any manual adjustments. Currently the Outlook desktop application adds meeting requests that are emailed to me to the DEFAULT OUTLOOK calendar. It would be nice to be able to change this default calendar or for the Retriever Cloud sync to sync with Outlook's default calendar instead of the "sync" calendar that Retriever Cloud creates s a separate Outlook calendar.

Append Linked Contacts to Activity's Title in Outlook
Prefer to have linked contacts of an activity appended to the activity's title in Outlook, which is how Retriever Desktop functions, rather than added to the body, which is currently how Retriever Cloud functions.

In Redtail Imaging, add the ability to edit a document directly within Redtail Imaging.
Instead of first downloading a file, working on it, then re-uploading it. Would be nice if (like in dropbox) user could just open it in Imaging (or Retreiver) and have it launch in the appropriate application (word, excel, ppt etc) and then 'save' back to Imaging directly.

Update Retriever Cloud so that it syncs to the users main Outlook calendar rather than create a separate calendar for the sync.

Retriever and Outlook calendar - link to contact based on email address of invitee
When using retriever, it would be nice if when synching from outlook calendar to Redtail that the meeting could be linked to a redtail contact based on email address of the people invited to the meeting. This woudl remove a manual step in linking the contact after opening the calendar item in Redtail.
