  1. Notes that you have been notified of show up under notifcations

    We get emailed if we are notified of a note but there is no way to see a list in the website of the notes that we have been tagged in. I believe that under notes in the today section there should be a place to see all the notes that we have been tagged in. I think it would also be beneficial if they showed up under the bell icon. After all that is where notifcations are supposed to be in the website.

  2. Copy note to additional contact

    When copying a note to an additional contact, the comments and any attached documents should also transfer with the note!!!!

  3. Notifying Colleagues

    I believe we are able to tag/notify other colleagues via the activity tab, but our team primarily communicates and documents via the notes tab. For example, my colleague and I were both working on a task together. If would be nice to tag her somehow to let her know about an update I've made or a note I have shared. Other than this, she would have to constantly check for new notes.

  4. "Are You Sure?" prompt when hitting "cancel" after adding a note.

    Can we add an "Are You Sure?" prompt when hitting "Cancel" after adding a note?

    The "Save Note" button is very close to cancel and would be useful in the numerous cases when I go too fast and hit "Cancel" instead of "Save Note".

  5. Make notes editable

    It would be great if we could edit notes, to add to them after new conversations or new information is provided instead of having to create a new note.

  6. Linked Spousal Notes

    When completing notes on a profile that has a linked spouse, it would be really helpful, if there was a "rule" that automatically linked the spouse since most of the notes are joint, instead of having to link an additional contact for every note. More frequently than not, we forgot to add the spouse to the original note so we have to go back and copy notes to the other spouses contact card.

  7. Notes Sorted by Date - not by completion date.

    I want the ability to filter by completion date. Currently, it only filters by start or assigned date which doesn't help if I wanted to see a report of all activities completed last month for example.

  8. Link an already created note to an Opportunity

    You should be able to link a note that was already created to an Opportunity, rather than needing to create the note within the Opportunity right off the bat.

  9. My Rep Chat takes up too much room.

    With the new updates in RT, the text messages that come thru from My Rep Chat into the notes section now take up so much room. It gives a new section for each response, even if someone just said thank you. It used to be where the text stayed in one whole section. Now you have to scroll down thru the notes section to get what you are actually looking for. It would be helpful if this appeared smaller or if there was another category all together for just My Rep Chat text messages. Thanks!

  10. Last Note Report

    Last Note Report - allow to filter notes (such as exclude broadcast email). This would enable users to review more useful data to gauge client touches.

    When pulling the report to see notes not permission, it would be great if activities and workflow notes weren't apart of that report. For some reason not all activities show in the notes section of a client when completed. I can't seem to find how to permission workflow notes and they just stay on my report.

    we have the ability to filter notes, but it would be really helpful to filter not only the type of notes but a time frame and be able to export to a PDF or EXCEL to take to client reviews.

  13. To be able to tag memberships in a note, rather than doing individually

    There should be an option to tag "memberships" in a note rather than trying to put each name in individually, it would be much more efficient.

  15. Add ability to link an account, opportunity, activity and workflow in every Add Note screen no matter where you populated the add note from.

    There are too many places where it's a 1 way push from somewhere to notes and then you have to go into the note after you made it and attach the note to another section in the database. You have the ability to link a note to a contact, expand that functionality on the add note screen to link it to all the other elements that Redtail has so you aren't having to go back and increase time in efficiency so that you can see the note when you drill down from the global person view of notes to the…

  16. to be able to input an external email to copy portfolio review notes to. We work with a lot of different advisors

  18. Dictation in Notes in Redtail Desktop

    Please recreate that ability to Dictate in Notes. I previously used it, however it does seem to work any longer. Considering the importance of having documentation for communications w clients, I believe this is a significant time saving feature.

  19. completion of notes appears to other tagged team members in email the same way activities do

    Whenever I have attendees listed in an Activity and they are set up to be notified of changes/updates/etc. when the Activity is "Saved and Completed", whatever is in the "Description" box will appear in the email that the Attendee is pinged with. Love that.
    Whenever I want to notify someone of a Note on the system the email prompts the person I tagged to log in to view the note. I would love for the note I input to appear in the follow up email to my team member- it does seem redundant especially when we know it can be…
