  1. Allow for workflows to have a Step Due option of "Day Created"

    Allow for a "Day Created" option on steps in a workflow. When using automation to schedule a meeting, I need the ability to make a step due for a different user on the day the meeting is entered into the system. For example I make an Activity for a meeting, it populates in the calendar and starts a workflow. Currently you cannot schedule the workflow step in the template to be due on the day the workflow is created.   3. Do you know if there is a way to schedule a series of emails to be sent automatically, using templates? I understand that Automation can cre

    I want to schedule a series of emails to be sent automatically to specific contacts, using templates. I understand that Automation can create the Workflows, but those are just Task lists, I'm trying to Automate the sending of the emails.
    Example: I add a Contact into my "Lead" Tag Group and automatically an email is sent and then follow up emails are sent to that Contact until the workflow is Completed, by changing the Tag Group to "Prospect" after the schedule a meeting, or the series of emails is sent.

  4. Need more operand options when setting up automations

    When setting up permissions I used advanced search and applied backoffice permissions to everyone where the writing or servicing advisor wasn't blank. I want to do an automation with the same thing but that operand function isn't available and I'll need to put in so many criteria to do the same thing and when we add new advisors I'll need to set them up as well.

    CSA is not an available option for assigning in an automation.

  6. REMOVE chat bubble or make it MOVEABLE

    Please remove the chat bubble or place it on the left hand side with the menu. It currently blocks your view of activity details such as time entered regardless of window size you are viewing it. It interrupts many of our daily activities and we either want the ability to move it, have you remove it, or place it on the left hand side out of the way of viewing the CRM system.

  7. Expand automation

    We need the ability to automate updates to opportunity stages, creation of activities, and changes to contacts based on workflow tasks marked complete.

    We also need the ability to automate creation of activities and contacts based on changes to opportunities, such as the stage.

  8. Add a Trigger Event for Automations for Calendar Entry- change or completion

    Automation triggers that are tied to calendar entries- when added, modified or, specifically, completed. This could then begin post appointment follow up workflows.

    All team members should be able to get notifications for texts exchanged with clients instead of having to manually go in and add every member to each text chain.It could be default or available to be turned on if that worls for the organization and be left off if that's not what they require.

  10. Allow tag groups to be edited via automations.

    Pretty straight forward, give us the ability to add/remove tag groups via automations. This would allow us to more effectively managed the integrations we have with RT.

    Preferably we would have to edit most of the fields found in the advanced search

  11. Group Client Client Review Dates Together for Families

    Instead of having to go in to manually to set the same review date for each family member, it could be automated when first adding family members in RedTail.

    In Automation, add a Trigger Event 'workflow added' and the Action Type to 'create an activity'.
    This is just the reverse of one that you already have in existence.

    In Automation, when the 'trigger event' Added Activity is chosen - add an 'action type' to email the client.
    This should allow us to send an automatic Email Confirmation to a client whenever we add their Appointments to our Calendar.

  14. Emailed Activity Notifications Should Include Linked Contacts

    I receive automated email notifications when meetings are assigned, but it doesn't include what client is linked to the meeting. This seems like an easy fix. Just include the Linked Contacts in the Activity Details section.

    As far as policy anniversaries go, it would be helpful to not only see them on the Redtail homepage all day, along with the birthdays. But it would also be helpful if the renewal date field would automatically update each year, so we don't have to manually change the year each year.

  16. Set permissions (REST API) when creating a contact

    Request to have permissions added at the time of creating a contact (REST API). Currently, permissions are open to everyone, and this is a huge security concern...

  18. Add Automation Trigger for "Created by User"

    There are several Automation Trigger requests, most, if not all of them are great ideas. Please also add an Automation Trigger for when an Object or Record is "Created by User".
    I specifically want to automate team permissions when a user creates a contact.

    When an email is sent to users/teams from an automation, it would be helpful to see which CRM name it is associated with in the email. We manage 15 CRMs and have to search for the contact name in each one.

  20. When and activity linked to a workflow via automation changes date

    When and activity linked to a workflow via automation changes date, the new date of the activity should be the new target date for the workflow. For example, if a client review gets rescheduled day-of for a week out and prep work is already completed, move workflow target date so day-of activities are on task list for updated review day.
