  1. Add Keywords/Tags to Activities

We wish we could add tags or keywords to activities. Right now, we use categories to differentiate between things like client reviews, new account appointments, and processing tasks (RMD, Account Update, etc). For something like an account review, our advisors would like an easy way to note all the topics discussed. Retirement plans, general account review, estate planning, health insurance - these are all topics that may come up in a client review meeting (but not every time). For now they're just adding regular notes and relying on text searches. But if there were a way to add this option…

  2. deleting keywords

When we click to delete a keyword, a checkbox comes up asking if we want to apply a new value for all existing records with that keyword. Not only is the box checked Yes by default, but the first keyword in our keyword list is already chosen to replace the keyword we're deleting for all of those records! I think it would make more sense to let us check the box IF we want to replace the keyword we're deleting, and also to let us decide what replacement we want. When deleting a lot of keywords it's time-consuming to have…

  4. Keywords, DATE when client has a Keyword added

Keywords, DATE (Time Stamp) and with who added it when client has a new Keyword added.
We use Keywords for some of our segregated mailing lists. When adding a Keyword to a profile, if that addition was dated and noted WHO added it, we could better track when additions were made to our mailing list and by whom when we run our Mailing List report.

  5. Have Household Keywords

I'd love to be able to have keywords that are applied to the household as a whole, not just the individual person. We use monthly keywords for our review months, and keep husband/wife the same. Right now, we have to add that keyword to both people, and then update on both if we need to change it. I'd love to have an option for household keywords, that automatically assigns that same keyword to all parties in the household (kids, etc...)
