Separate Websites by "TYPE" the way Phone and email are separated.
Phone and email have separate tabs when doing a “custom export”. The client has one line with all the phone numbers in a separate tab (same line) and emails in separate tabs (same line) but “websites” puts all the client information on separate LINES per website.
There only 3 choices for Websites: home, other and work. With people working from home and using their website, plus a side hustle with it’s own websites, it would be nice to export websites in the same manner as phones and emails.

Add AST (atlantic standard time) time zone to Redtail for users in Puerto Rico
There currently isn't an AST time zone option in the Preferences. We have some advisors that are located in Puerto Rico.

Add a timestamp or timeline to Financial's
Under the "Financials" Tab at the bottom of the profile, it would be nice if we could see when they were last updated (and possibly add a 'confirmed' timestamp if the financials haven't changed) to know that they are current. As an office where assistants reference this information from the Reps and the Reps are often remote, this would make it so much more convenient if we could see that they recently updated the financials after speaking with the client.

Contact Link Option for any filed listed as "Contact"
It's frustrating that there are multiple fields where a contact can be listed yet, despite the fact that the contact being listed is also in Redtail, there is no option to create a hyperlink to that client. For example: Departments (under Business Clients), Primary Contact (under Misc. Client Information), Referred By (under Client Details), etc.

Add a "TOP" button when scrolling down on pages
Add a "TOP" button when scrolling down on pages such as notes, activities, etc. where we can easily click one button to return to the top of the page vs scrolling back up to be able to move away from that page. OR freeze the side bar menu so we don't have to scroll up and can just click the page we want to go to.

let's talk bubble for support chat
It would be nice to be able to move the "Let's talk" bubble in the bottom right corner. Sometimes it hides information that I need to see.

Moveable Chat bubble
It would be nice if the chat bubble that is in the bottom right corner of the CRM would be moveable to other areas on the screen or for it to completely disappear and be button on the top. When we go to the accounts screen, the chat bubble covers up the total account value when you scroll all the way to the bottom and you can't see the number.

Move Support Chat Bubble to Sidebar
The blue support chat bubble in the bottom right corner blocks view. Specifically, I can't quickly see when a user created an activity. It's great that the support chat bubble is on every page- so is the collapsible side bar on the left. Why not move the bubble to the sidebar so it is out of the way?

The database owner (and others in our office) hate the Red in the new look. Everything looks urgent/stressful now. You should choose a different color or have a feature to allow users to select their color scheme for text.

Ability to click and drag the Redtail Support Chat Icon
While I utilize and appreciate the support chat feature in the bottom right of the screen, it would be nice to have the ability to drag and move that icon to a different corner or area of my screen.
I often have the browser in a smaller window when having multiple items open on my monitor and accidentally click the support chat icon when attempting to hit other links instead. Having the ability to move the icon to the left of my screen would be beneficial, as I do not select items in that area as often as I do…

Hover over titles on new collapsed sidebar
With the new updated look to Redtail - I like the collapsible side bar! BUT can we have the "titles" or names of each icon show up when we hover over them so we do not have to re-open the sidebar to see what each icon means? Kind of like how we can hover over an appointment in the calendar and the details pop up. Thanks!

Change the color back - too much white space
The new look has way too much white space making it difficult to read the font because the screen is too bright.

Bring back the grid lines!
Bring back the grid lines separating sections from each other on screen. Sidebars look better when there is a delineation from the other info (color difference, black line, something, anything!)

Contrast on updated website
There is not enough color contrast on updated site. Everything is too white and it's difficult to quickly click on needed boxes.

Help our eyes...PLEASE make the background a different color!
The background color of the app needs to be an actual color, not "almost white". I stare at a 32" screen all day and staring at a totally WHITE screen is killing my eyes! There either needs to be a color or some lines that define the boxes. We have Redtail open all day and it is just so bright! My eyes hurt by the end of the day.

03/21/2024 the new look is AWFUL - blinding white - way too much white - my eyes!
Please give us some options to add background color or change it back to the way it was prior to 3-21-24, it is horrible. We sit under florescent lights - please have mercy and give us a black mode or someting.
