  1. Know Your Client added fields / information for Financial Planning

    It would be helpful if under the "Know Your Client" tab we could have the ability to enter more information that is pertinent to financial planning. Some ideas I have are as follows:

    Social Security: Could add fields for age when claimed or planning to claim, start date of benefits, current benefit amount, etc.

    Estate Planning: do they have trust/ wills/ POAs in place, estate attorney/ POA contact information, Last beneficiary review date

    E-signature: Yes or No field on whether client is comfortable using this or not.

  2. Know Your Client Financial Fields - Add Suitability and Assets Held Away

    The the financials tab, in addition to the objective, experience, tax info, and net worth, there should be a Assets Held Away section and then have that broken out by type of assets. Stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, savings, others, etc. where you can either enter the dollar amount or percentage to add up to 100% or assets held away. This would help with the Finra suitability requirements.

    Riding on the coattails of others, please add more fields in the financials section to be more specific! Thanks.

  3. color difference in reviews completed

    Would be helpful to have a color difference on your calendar for Reviews you completed vs ones that are "due"/reminder date. Having them the same color does not help at all with which ones just got completed vs which ones need to be completed.

  4. Adding an advisory fee tab in Know Your Client

    This will allow, advisory forms and quick questions to be answered and completed with clickng on the know you tab section. The Know You tab section has clients net worth and other parts which would be need to complete advisory agreement but not a way to track the fee.

  5. Know your Client

    Asset Allocation Base Model
    It would be beneficial to have a designated area in the client's profile to record their goal allocation. For instance, if the client aims for a 60/40 split between Equity and Fixed Income (60% Equity and 40% Fixed Income), we can prominently note it on the front page. Additionally, having the current allocation displayed alongside the target allocation would provide a useful comparison. This feature would be highly valuable for the purpose of rebalancing and as a means to document the client's goals and preferences effectively.

  6. net worth

    Assets and liabilities should automatically feed into the know your client net worth information. This should be an obvious. No one wants to enter and re-enter information in various fields on various tabs.

  7. State Legal Residence

    Create a field for the contact's Legal State of Residency. This is key for regulatory compliance and tracking. Although they may have several residences (home, vacation, etc), it it important to know the actual state of residence.

  8. Time stamp on Financials tab sections

    It would be great to have all the sections (Strategic Allocation Model, Estimated Tax Information, Estimated Net Worth, and Banking) under the Financials tab in Know Your Client where any changes made to these fields would have a timeline/time stamp and note which user made the update.

  9. Make birthday alerts on calendar be displayed as a task

    We should be able to check off their birthday after contacting them (like a task reminder). That way, we can keep track of what anniversaries and birthday reminders we address vs miss.

  10. Show Client Since Anniversary in Calendar

    It should show up on the calendar as a reminder in addition to their wedding anniversary and birthday reminder. We'd like it to be a task reminder kind of feature, so we'd be able to check it as complete after contacting our client. If the task reminder feature is not available, then it would still be beneficial if it is identical to anniversary or birthday reminders.

  15. by default, Provinces in Canada automatically show up when contact Country is Canada as well as ID for Passport or DL

    If contact record is Canadian, all fields related to contact should default to Canadian option. If an address is indicated as Canadian the default province option automatically show up. These same options should apply to Drivers license, passport and other KYC options We have a Social Insurance Number used as ID as opposed to social security or Tax ID. Our format is 9 digits with spaces every 3, similar to tax ID area.

  16. Preferred Call Time & Phone Number

    If there was a small icon up near "Important Information" Red exclamation icon that was either a check or X based on information input on a client's preferred call time. When you hover over or click the icon, it could give you the next available preferred call time or the phone number the client provided for that time slot. When onboarding a client, we could ask for times they are usually available and times they know they are unreachable during the week.   17. KYC

    We need additional fields added either to Strategic Allocation Model or perhaps a New section called Suitability. Some of the fields we need are Secondary Objectives, Experience for additional investment types, Balance for Investment types, Special Expenses and SE Time, etc. Going back and forth between KYC and UDF is cumbersome.

  18. Additional/ Customizable Fields in the KYC Financials Tab

    We want to see more Tabs under the Financials. Secondary Objective, Additional Experience boxes for other types of investments, Special Expenses and Special Expenses Time Frame just to name a few of what we need. Please allow customizable fields in KYC/ Financials or a whole new Suitability section in KYC.

  19. Portfolio Balance = Total Family/Household balance

    I think it would be extremely beneficial to have a setting that we could be able to see the HOUSEHOLD total balance on the top right where it shows "Portfolio Balance" instead of just that client. Also, it would be nice when creating an activity and trying to link an account to have all of the household accounts show up instead of just the accounts of that specific client.
