Make "nick-name" searchable
Example. William Walton goes by "Bill" -- being able to search for "Bill Walton" in the search bar instead have the current needing to search for William Walton

This would be a huge time saver! I prefer to select people from the dropdown, rather than press Enter and visit a new page to find my clients.

We can already do this, however, you actually have to enter the search to do it. What would be helpful would be if the search options showed up in the drop down preview like they do when you are searching for a legal name.
