pop up box stays up
In the past this did not happen, so something changed. Normally when hovering over a task a box pops up with more detail about the task. This is helpful, but what is not helpful is when it stays up even when moving off the task. The box just blocks seeing anything. The only way to clear it is to refresh the page. In the past it logically went away when moving away from the task.

Bulk actions in dashboard
I would love to be able to send multiple clients to search so I can do a broadcast email or note entry. This isn't possible right now on this screen and it sucks the life out of me. HELP! Thank you :)

Things to do today remain w/out having to put in a Date
Would love to be able to input "Things to do" on the Things to do today section w/out having to put in a date or timeframe. Then they would remain on my front page (and who's ever I designated) until we completed the task...Kind of like a notepad. We can "cross" off by completing the task but items will remains daily until we remove them...
We would like to keep the calendar clean of items that do not have necessarily an end date but still need to be done.18 votes -
Show anniversaries in Today calendar list
In section that shows today's birthdays, also show wedding anniversaries. Maybe section box could be retitled "Special Events" or "Special Occasions".

Add a Dashboard category
We would like a way to track the number of completed activities each employee has done. Something like in the reports section of the website but we would like it on the home dashboard. Maybe in place of birthday reminders or team notices.

Moving team notice; rearrange "Today" page
It would be great if we had the ability to customize and rearrange our "Today" page, ideally to be able to move Team Notices to the top so they are seen even above tasks.

Please create a "real time" view of things done in Redtail that day, like a social media feed
There is no way for me to know what my peers have done in Redtail that day, who they have spoken to, made notes on, started workflows for, etc.
This was my favorite feature in Wealthbox - it gave me a real time view, like a social media feed, that showed what user entered notes, who they'd spoken to, what actions were required, what opportunities existed, when workflows were started or completed, and more.
It was the BEST "at a glance" you could provide your users so we know, quickly upon opening the Redtail application, what has occurred throughout that…

Puppies all the time?
Is there any way you could put a puppy on the home page? You have such cuties.....and it would be nice to be able to click and see them throughout the day when life gets stressful! Some days I don't want to log in because I want to stare at the puppy all day. Just a thought! Thank you!

formatting
Why does formatting look fine on one screen and not on another? I have an activity that includes the "&" character. On the Calendar and in the activity, I see the "&" but on the dashboard it shows up as "&"

Please Remove Next Button on Today Screen
I don't like how I can't scroll through everything on the today screen anymore. You've changed it to where I have to click next. So I am not able to prioritize my list as a whole any longer. I have to toggle between two screens that have loading time each time I click Next. Please eliminate the NEXT button and have everything on the Today screen like it use to be.

AUM graphs - would like to see a graph for accounts by type by dollar amount
Would like to see graph for accounts by type be by dollar amount of aum (or percentage of aum) instead of number of accounts.

Having a note appear on Today page, when someone tags you
Can you make a section that shows notes in which you have been recently tagged in? There are sections on the Today page for apps we don't event use, but we have to toggle and search for notes that someone has tagged us in. That sounds backwards.

Insurance age changes need to show on the daily reminders along with birthdays. If you need additional information please call me.
Insurance age changes need to pop up daily as reminders, just like birthdays. An age change happens six months prior to your actual birthday. In September I want to contact my clients and prospects with birthdays in April. I want them to have an opportunity to buy insurance before the rate goes up because they are a year older. allow today view to to show our preference of today's activities
I want the ability to change the preference on Today to show Today's activities AND past due at the same time. Sure, it isn't for everyone, which is why I should be able to turn it on only if I'd like.

scroll team notices
Team Notices - ability to scroll through them vs. waiting until they show one by one to make sure that a new one hasn't been added. The suggestion to flag as 'New' would also help with this.

To Do List
Would love to have the ability to keep a running to-do list on the Today page for open-ended items. This would be great for those items that are important but don't have a due date. Would also be nice if a priority level could be assigned and if they could be linked to contacts.

customize today page
In old training videos the TODAY page had the client charts and other "tiles" on the screen. My TODAY page has "tiles" I will never use. I think it would be great to be able to customize the things you can see on your TODAY page to remove the "tiles" you don't need and add things like the Clients graphs or Quick Links that are unique to each user in the database.
