Creator receiving own team email notification
In old RT the creator of an activity would receive an email notification when selecting "team notify". That no longer is the case. It was helpful in that it was a second look at what you had sent out and would maybe make you realize you had made a mistake in the activity you originally created. I would like for this feature to come back.

Portfolio Reporting
Portfolio Detailed report needs to be more detailed. Life policies - Benefit amount, premium. Fixed accounts - Interest Rates. LTC policies - Daily Benefit, Premium..ect

Automation Based on Client Marital Status Change
Add "Contact Marital Status Change" as a trigger event for automations. That way we can trigger a workflow to see if the contact wishes to change their beneficiaries, send a sympathy or congratulations card (depending on whether their status changed to widowed or to married), and contact the client to see if they would like to update their financial plan.

Contact Detail Report
The current Contact Detail Report has several issuses (some of which have already been tagged by others.) My two main issues with it are:
1. It doesn't print all the addresses/phone numbers/etc. on the contact card. Apparently just the primaries? Many of our clients have vacation homes, alternate mailing addresses etc. Everything in the Contact Card should print.
2. The "Custom Titles" don't print with the information. You end up with unlabeled numbers & addresses - the custom titles are very important. (Joe's cell/Joe's work/Ann's cell/Ann's daughter/Ann's work)We use this at every client meeting to review their contact info,…

More Detailed Activities Report
In Activity Report I can generate a report that shows completed appointments by advisors YTD and in the last 12 month. However - I need to identify the advisor the appointment was assigned to as well as the Avisor of the client (sometimes they are different) and the client type - A+, A, B or C. If I send the results to search and custom import it I will lose the appointment information.

When entering a Social Security Number, the field auto populates the dashes. Can this feature be added to all date fields?
When entering a Social Security Number, the field auto populates the dashes. When entering a date, we are required to enter the "/" or "-" or the field defaults to the current date.

Expand Automation Options
Automation is great! I love the idea, but it needs to be expanded. In our office, we have multiple staff and advisers. Many of the staff do the same functions for different advisers. To keep from making some lists too large, it would be great to expand the ability that automation currently offers.
Increase options for trigger events. Example: Client Review Date. It would be great to be able to automate a workflow based on the clients review date(s). This would create less work and tracking of the staff and advisers and make sure that clients are reviewed as often…

"Closing Next" Opportunity Not Showing 'Past Due'
For some reason at the top of the opportunity page an opportunity that isn't set to close until the end of November has been stuck as our "Closing Next" opportunity for the past few weeks. I'm not sure why that is, since this feature was working before and we have a lot of opportunities with close dates before November 2016.

Allow Tasks to be moved between workflow Steps
I understand that the order of Tasks within a single Step is not terribly important (all of a Step's Tasks are assigned at the same time, when the prior step is completed). I, like many other users, would like to be able to re-order them anyway, even if it is merely cosmetic.
But the real issue of concern is the lack of ability to move a Task between workflow Steps. So, if you realize that Task F actually needs to be under Step 3, rather than Step 4, you have to manually re-create it under Step 3, then delete it…

Add a 'Contact Category Change' Trigger Event for Automations
Just like the title states, adding a trigger event for Category changes would be incredible. Additionally, in the long run, being able to have unique trigger events, that are inputed by the user.

Set up an automation so that that a message is automatically sent to clients on their birthday and on their anniversary

Have a filter in reports for activities without the 'all day event' box checked
Please have a filter in the activities by contact report for all activities without the 'all day event' box checked (similar to "show only repeating activities" etc.).

PDF Orientation in Portrait or Landscape
I printed a note report last night and it came out with Landscape orientation. Is there a way I can control this? I would really like the reports to be Portrait.

Confidential Personal Profile PDF Naming Convention
I love your Confidential Personal Profile PDF. Is there any way that the default name for it could incorporate the client’s name instead of just “personalprofileform.pdf”? In other words, it would automatically produce a PDF named something like “John Doe Personal Profile”. Otherwise, I have to go through the trouble of renaming every Profile pdf I produce.

Apply quicklists to any report to look at results for specific groups of clients, especially in activity reports
If I wanted to look at upcoming appointments for our Gold clients, or for clients with a certain status or category, I have no way of applying the current quicklist to the activity report. If I could apply a quicklist, the report could run more quickly, and only give results for the clients I am concerned about.
