Set up an automation so that that a message is automatically sent to clients on their birthday and on their anniversary
send out an automatic birthday wish to each client on their birthday? I would like it to go automatically to the client on their birthday

Yes, it would be useful to create an automation that will send out an email to active clients on their birthday - perhaps some kind of delayed delivery inside of the Broadcast email system? Right now, you have a lovely template available for birthdays, but no way to control the timing.

We also would like to use TailWag to generate a birthday email. We would like to set it up once and have the CRM send out an email with a birthday message on our clients' birthdays. We don't want to run a report daily and send a broadcast email ourselves. We want it to happen automatically. Please make this possible.
