  1. Moving Driver's License under Contact Details

    Make it so that the Drivers License Information is stored under Contact Details with their Social Security Number. During Tax Season this would be a big help so we can at a glance see if we need to update their information

  2. automation by date

    I would like the ability to add the date as an automation trigger for workflows. For example, the first day of each quarter I want a compliance workflow to be triggered.

  3. Retriever - Multiple Syncing Destinations

    Create the ability to sync different Quicklists to more than one destination folder in Outlook. For example, I would like to keep prospective client contacts separate from my active client contacts in both RedTail and Outlook. As of right now, I am only allowed to choose a single folder for contacts to sync into, no matter how many different Quicklists I have.

  4. Zoom Phone Integration

    It would be nice to have Zoom Phone integrate with Redtail. Examples might include click-to-call from the contact page, updating contact record when a call is made or received, etc...

  6. reminder

    I would like a pop-up reminder (think Google calendar) for appointments, on the phone app. This would be useful if it allowed a customized (1 hour in advance, etc.) setting, unique to each appointment, that would have an audible and pop-up reminder on the phone.

  7. Withdrawal Option

    Currently you can only update the payment section for monthly withdrawals or total withdrawals. I have many clients with annual or quarterly withdrawals that I cannot enter into the system.

  8. allow for ALL membership codes to be customized, edited or deleted

    Why does there need to be "default" membership codes. it make it confusing and cumbersome, please allow for the entire list to be customized.

  9. notification

    If an activity is created by user A and assigned to User B. It would be nice if when user B completes the activity user A could be notified via email as if there were an attendee on the email.

    It would be great to have a box selection for this when the creator generates the redtail and assigns it or that be the deault on the activity is created.

  10. Add "Estate" as a Contact Type

    Hi, we get a good number of estate accounts. I've resorted to labeling the contact type for these accounts as Trusts, however that is not very accurate. Could Estate be added as a Contact Type? Thank you.

  11. Red is a distressing color, please allow alternative colors like blue.

    I know this may seem trite, BUT stop using the color red/gray and/or allow other color alternatives to the template. I left your CRM because it's red and distracting and stressful to look at all day. As humans, we are conditioned that the color red is bad, or we should beware. It's stressful to look at red. Please allow us to customize the colors, it isn't that hard to code. Drab gray and red are terrible colors to look at all day.   12. Add "Start Date" and "Date Previous Step Completed" as Step Due Anchors

    I think it would be useful to add the workflow start date as well as when the previous step was completed as reference points for when steps are due. This would add flexibility to anchor when a step is due to days from the start date of the workflow, or from when the previous step was completed. Some steps are better anchored to start date, while others are better anchored to target date.

    Many times, steps take longer than anticipated, and the existing workflow structure is not accommodating to this. Additionally, only having "target date" as an anchor for when…

  13. While RT "Speak" is useful for public forum discussion, offering collaborative functionality through "Private Team Rooms" would be great.

  14. Confidential Emails

    Please provide a filter option to remove or hide emails to or from any domain at this time. For example, if a user is sending a confidential email - the correspondence will be hidden from everyone else but the sender.

  15. user mail merge

    In ACT!, users were tied to their own Redtail contact records, and the user data drove mail merges etc. It would be great if I could launch a mail merge template and Redtail would KNOW that I (the user) am going to sign it, so it would pre-populate my name and title based on my contact record. This was how ACT! did it.

  17. Assigned activities

    It would be great to have the option to receive an email notification when a task that I have assigned to someone else has been completed. The only way to accomplish this now is if I assign myself as an attendee on the task. This clutters up my activities list, making it difficult to discern which tasks I'm actually responsible for versus those that were assigned to others and still outstanding.

  18. shared family contact address and phone info

    We often don't have address info for adult children of clients. When adding an adult child to a family - we use this to group them instead of memberships - we'd like to have an option to classify them as an adult child and have that classification mean that the family head's address and phone info will NOT automatically populate in the adult child's contact card.

    We should be able to put all information concerning a Life Insurance Policy into our CRM. Face Amount, Issue Date, Premium, Death Benefit, Beneficiaries, Rating.
