Populate calendar with annual review based on Effective date or Issue date
Most of our clients have multiple accounts. Each account has a different effective date, and therefor a different annual review date. Currently, we can only put in a review date for the client itself. Annual reviews are critical for annuity clients. I recommend that a calendar population based on 1 year from the effective date be automatically posted to the calendar. They are more important than birthdays, which can be automated through a partner site.

Riskalyze on frist page of contact record
Is is possible to move the client's risk number to the main contact page? For those of us that pay for this product, it would be nice to not have it burried in "accounts", the burried in the riskalyze logo. If you are going to have an integration with Riskalyze, and a tight one as it appears from all the joint webinars, this should be a feature that should be front and center in a location advisors can use. No one goes to page 2 of a google search, this should be no different

Contact Record Opportunities
It would be nice if you were able to tell that a client was associated with an opportunity from their main contact landing page. It would alleviate the necessity to pull up the opportunities sub-tab under each contact individually.

Link Emails to various contacts
I need the ability to link an outgoing email to multiple contacts and/or opportunities and accounts. I am often emailing an insurance company regarding a client's policy (account). The email doesn't connect to the client because the email is not being sent to them, but it may involve that contact, account or opportunity and need to be recorded in those places.

Connect Activities & Notes to an Opportunity
Any Activity, Note, or Email should be able to be simultaneously linked to an Opportunity in addition to being linked to a contact and/or Account. Notes inside an opportunity do not automatically link to the corresponding contact(s) and Vice Versa. It is as if Notes inside an Opportunity are hidden within the Opportunity. All Notes and Activities related to a contact should be visible in the contact view, but only the activities and Notes related to the Opportunity should show inside the Opportunity view. This would gather all email communications, notes and activites (past and future) related to that Opportunity…

Automations - Add option of Activity Changed for trigger event, currently only activity added.
I would like the option to create a automation so that when an activity is changed it will create a workflow.I have a workflow for Investment Review Meetings that currently is created by Automation if Appointment is selected as Activity Type and Review is selected as Activity Category. If the meeting is not set up with the correct Category, or if it is changed after the fact, the workflow is not created and I have to manually add it.

Password criteria should be shown when creating a new password
When a password expires you have to create a new password. The form has fields for old password, new password and new password confirmation. Nowhere on the screen does it show you the password requirements.
I use a password manager and the default password length used is 20 characters. I entered this and got a message stating the max length was 16. Ok, I changed the password length to 16 and regenerate a password. This was rejected for a new error message, a number or symbol was required.

Retriever Cloud Disconnect Notification
I missed an appointment today because my sync between Retriever Cloud and Office 365 broke. As of now, there was no other way I would have known this happened besides missing my appointment.
We should get some sort of notification that the sync is broken.

Add field for duration to indicate time spent to complete a task - non-scheduled activity
Add a field for duration to indicate time spent to complete a Task (i.e. non-scheduled, non-time delimited activity). Allow this field to be completed on each step of a Workflow in order to track time spent on various tasks. This field should be exportable along with contact, user, category, subject, duration, and date in order to review time spent per contact. This married with revenue per client will enable analysis re: profitability/client and productivity per user.

Allow Default Setting for Past Due Activities/Workflow Items
Please allow a default setting to view all current and past due items. Having to manually find past due items really defeats the point of having assigned items to begin with. Thanks!

Quicker access to drop down menu to change opportunity stage
In the opportunities menu... you currently have to click on edit and pull up the opportunity to mouse over to the stage, pull the drop down, and select the new stage.
Much quicker would be to have that drop down available right from the opportunities list. Click on the stage, and you get the whole list, and then you can update the stage.

Email Templates by Roles/Folders
It would be nice to send email templates that are broken up into different folders ie., Sales Folder, Customer Service Folder, Operations Folder.
This way each role could find their email templates much easier rather than having to view every single email template in the system.

Giving Broadcast Email Within CRM More Functionality
I would like to be able to change fonts, use special characters or just post a picture so the broadcast email in the CRM mirrors what the client will see.

More Integration Options with Automated Meeting Reminder Platforms
Fully integrate with more than one platform for automated meeting reminders. Right now you only offer integration with Appointment Reminder. Appointment Reminder is not a great product and is very frustrating to work with. It would be great to have some options with better platforms (Apptoto for example)....

Hold Time
Rather than waiting on hold for however many minutes before a tech support associate comes online (today 12 minutes) have your system allow the caller to leave a call back number that will be answered in the same order it was received without having to remain on hold.
Just a thought.

Viewing either linked notes or linked documents on completed activities
After an activity is completed, you should be able to see either linked notes or linked documents on the completed activity without going into the activity or having the note in a different "box." Anything relating to that activity should be easily viewed within the box, even if it has a paper clip or a pdf icon on the summary screen indicating that there is either linked notes or a linked document.

customize contact field
Would like to be able to have custom field in client record. I would like to be able to search and run reports based upon this field. i.e how often client wants communication. If monthly, be able to run a monthly report of upcoming phone calls and monthly call of monthly meetings.
