allow admins to send emails on behalf of other reps
Allow admins to send broadcast emails on behalf of Reps. I regularly send out broadcast emails for the financial reps to their clients. In order to do it now I have to log in as the Rep.

More options when sending broadcast emails
It would be good to have additional options when sending broadcast emails. Such as "Choose primary" or "Choose Business" when sending these, so it just doesn't go to one email.

Allow larger file sizes with multiple embedded images in broadcast emails
We utilize compliance-approved weekly market commentaries provided by our broker-dealer that always include multiple economic charts and graphs. To date, we have not been able to send these through Redtail broadcast email as the file sizes are too large and are being rejected because of the images. We have tried creating image hyperlinks and it doesn't work for the multiple images and formatting. Please allow larger file sizes so that we may send compliant newsletters without having to re-type every contact into a new blind copy address book list in Outlook every time we add a new contact. broadcast email
Common Tasks- The client record common tasks should have a link to a broadcast email. Not all templated emails sent are sent to muliple people. Putting a common tasks link to the broadcast email section of the tool would be helpful and efficient. You can do a mail merge but not an email merge. We should have the option to do both.

Broadcast email and email addresses
I often will see a failure on a broadcast email with the notation "no primary email address". There is an email address, I just failed to mark it primary. Why, if there is an email address on the contact card, will it not work in a broadcast email unless it's also marked as primary - it should still work!

Extend the time allowed to send a broadcast email. If I am manually selecting clients to send a broadcast email, the system often times out and I must start from the beginning.

Email mail merge fields
Add "Email" field from contact record as Email merge field. In general a request to make the email template merge options as robust as the traditional snail mail mail merges.

Delay Send
I send out email blasts once per week, and it would be really efficient to have a delay send to be able to have email blasts continue to go out on schedule when I am out of the office.

Prospect Name Confirmation On Broadcast Emails
When confirmations are sent to my email that an email went through it does not specify which prospect it is referring to. Is there a way for the prospect's name to be included in the email or subject line?

Spouse's name in broadcast email to work effectively
When I tried to send a broadcast e-mail to a group of clients, I used "Dear ##NicknameFirstname## and ##SpouseNicknameFirstname##," and the e-mail populated "Dear Bob and ," for clients without a spouse. It would be awesome if the program could recognize when there is no spouse and automatically add or remove the word "and."

I would love to CC another user in our organization within a Broadcast email so that the client can reply to both the person sending the Broadcast email and another advisor.

Font size
The ability to change the font size in the broadcast emails as the current, not bolded font, is too small for many of our clients. You should be able to change the font size the way you can in a word document.

Add Delegate Access for Broadcast Emails
Add delegate access option for broadcast emails so an Assistant can send one out under his/her own login credentials on behalf of the Advisor and it shows coming from the Advisor's email!!! PLEASE.

Suggestion for e-mail blast
Allow font to be formatted in colors. We were trying to make a point with our e-mail and were unable to do so because we cannot change the color of the font from black to any other color. Yes, I can bold, underline and italicize, but the the point was lost without the color.

Choose from a list a emails to send from when broadcasting.
I'd like the ability to choose from a dropdown menu of my emails and select which one I want to use to send the email from. Because we have multiple companies with unique compliance requirements, I need to keep the emails separate and I want to always source from Redtail to keep my emails archived in the notes.

Microsoft security workaround
Microsoft recently changed their security settings and it's gradually rolling out to Outlook users. The issue is that a connection cannot be made between Redtail and MSFT Outlook for broadcast emails. I've tried app passwords and every workaround suggested by Redtail and MSFT. In the end, MSFT said Redtail will need to develop something to work through the new security protocols. Until then, I have to send emails one at a time or impersonally through a bcc.

In the internal signature block it would be great if we could change to colors -- rather than just black
It would be great to have the signature block be able to be changed by color to match our logo

Enable Link Preview Feature
Clients are much more likely to click on a link to an article or video, if broadcast emails automatically show a preview to the link instead of just the URL. The best example being when you sent a link with an apple product in iMessage. Let's make it happen!

Add a Merge Field for Seminar guests and contacts who brought guests
It would be very helpful if we could somehow be able to enter a merge field for seminar attendee guest. This would be for followup emails. If I am sending an email to Bod thanking him for bringing John, it would be nice to be able to have their names fill in the broadcast email template through merge fields. and vice versa: client who brought guest, and guest who attended with client.

Please add spouse email and cell phone to the custom report feature so both spouses can be listed on the tag group report to email out.
When creating a report for email purposes please add the spouse email and cell phone option under custom report feature. Then when we perform a broadcast email all contacts will show all the information as family. Now we have to add each as an individual in the same family so each email and cell phone is showing in the report not just the primary.
