Make it possible to have an individual be a member of more than one family group.
We have multi-generational clients who are head of households as well as beneficiaries of their parent AND aunts/uncles.

I have a similar problem. We have many situations where both the parent and the child are clients of ours, but only one of them can be the head of the household. When we want to run a Personal Profile Form either the client won't show up in the Parent's "Children" section because the client is the head of their own household, or the client won't have the option of having their Children on the Personal Profile Form because they're already listed in the Parent's "Dependent" section. It'd be nice if there was a way to have both, instead of one or the other.

Also, children often belong to two households if their parents are divorced. Currently, each child can only be listed under one household.
