Duplicates in email history
When linking emails from Outlook to Redtail email history, if I email a client, and copy 3 of my colleagues, the email saves to the contact record FOUR TIMES. Obviously this creates a lot of noise in the email history. Would be awesome if there was a way for it to only save to the TO and not the cc or bcc

Redtail’s Product Owner has read the suggestion and there is some internal discussion needed in order to determine next steps. This suggestion is remaining open and can continue to gather votes and comments!

When adding a note while in an existing activity (so it is linked to the activity) it would be nice to be able to notify a user of the note you are adding

Would be nice if we could select multiple users to notify on an activity or whatever notifying of.
I know you can notify teams, but sometimes they are random users that would never be on the same team. -

The "Notify User" feature in Notes is limited to selecting one user. Why? There are many times that we want to notify several users. I realize that you can also notify a Team, but the combination of team and one user will not always allow us to notify the combination of users we want.

I would like the ability to assign, like ebix does, multiple people be notified for a note, task, etc without having to set up multiple teams and create a team notification.

We often need to add multiple employees to a note notification. They are not always on a "team" to be notified. It is not really possible to make unlimited teams. It would be nice to be able to add more than employee to be notified.
