"Meeting Not Held" button to clear appointments on the calendar
It would be nice to have a "Meeting Not Held" right click button option on the calendar. This will allow us to see that a meeting was originally scheduled but not actually completed for some reason and then have it "clear" on the calendar. It would further be helpful to have another button to "reschedule" the same meeting in the future (though the date & time might change) while keeping the original (cleared) "not held" meeting on the calendar. That way we don't have to set up all the parameters and notes again but it shows the original attempt on the calendar and the client history.
