Assiging multiple users to a task/activity
Prior to your latest release, we used to be able to assign 2 users to a task/activity right when entering the task. Now we have to enter the activity, then go back into it to assign a second person to it. This leaves room for error and makes what used to be a one step process, a 2 step process.

Every time you assign a user and then create and edit the activity the user gets different notifications. It would be helpful to update so the assigned user only gets a notification after the activity had been edited and saved.
