Trying to add a linked account to an activity
When I try to add a linked account to an activity, all of my client's accounts appear but they are not in chronological order. This makes it very difficult to find the right account and wastes a lot of time. Please put the linked accounts in order so they are easily found.
Redtail’s Product Owner has read the suggestion and there is some internal discussion needed in order to determine next steps.

I agree it is difficult when trying to pick the correct account.
Perhaps it would be easier if the "type" of account was known. For example, IRA, or NQ, or Roth. Not just merely the institution and account number. Many of my clients have multiple TD Ameritrade accounts, and I do not know by just the account number which is which.
