activity completion date in Timeline
Is it possible for there to be a feature or setting that allows the date to be published in the timeline of the day the event was scheduled to occur? Currently, if my boss sees a client on 8/1/17, then he won't update his calendar until sometime in September to reflect that the event has taken place. In the client's timeline, the date on the top right will say that the event occurred on the random date in september that he clicked "completed event", not on the actual date he completed it. When my boss tells me to schedule a follow-up meeting in 6 months, I'll base it off the wrong date in september - not the actual date of 8/1/17. I understand that maybe some advisors want the date on the top right hand of the contact timeline event to reflect the date they actually press the "event completed" button, but I'm definitely not one of them. I need the timeline event to reflect the actual date they met (which was the date listed on the event), not the day it says my boss pressed the button to complete it.
