Yes, also email should be included in the activity history also, so you don't have to go to a another 3 clicks to get to email.

Display both notes and activities together
When the user needs to get a sense of what has transpired with a client, both notes and activities are involved and it would simplify the process greatly if there was an option to display both the notes and activities in order of the date.
