Add Contact Name to Notification Subject Line
For new activities: Add name of contact in email subject other than "Redtail CRM: An activity has been updated." This will allow us when viewing the many notifications for daily RT activities to pick and choose which ones to look at or address immediately. If an activity is updated 2 or 3 times, there are 2 or 3 notifications. This is okay but it makes it redundant and not timely to look at most critical activities first. Especially in a busy environment where activities are getting updated and added quite a bit throughout the day.
Redtail’s Product Owner has read the suggestion and there is some internal discussion needed in order to determine next steps.
This suggestion is remaining open and can continue to gather votes and comments!

PLEASE accelerate your processes with this. It is SOOO frustrating not to have the client name in the subject line. Catherine

I've spoken to several colleagues of mine and they all agreed that this change would be very helpful. The influx of Redtail Notification emails can be significant and challenging to sort through - this could help alleviate the problem.
Another point: Could you make a note in the email notification about what was updated or changed to the pre-existing activity - for other attendees who did not make the change (ex: Subject Line altered, Description altered, Date of event altered, etc.)?

Completely agree with this request. We often don't have time to open every notification when we receive it and don't want to miss something that may be more important.

Please add linked contact name and activity subject in activity email notification subject line. We receive far too many and it is easy to miss something important when each email received has to be opened and the body of the activity reviewed just to see who it pertains to or what it is about.

Redtail Notifications need to be more articulate as to which client the notification pertains to. I get so many notifications that I miss important updates, like xyz client sent a check ... Is there any way to attache a client name to the Redtail notification so that we can search for them in Outlook?

I 1000% agree with this. Our advisors get so many emails (outside of the tons of Redtail) notifications. We end up sending a separate email to them (with the Client in the Subject) so they know to look at it right away.

Yes, this would be very helpful!

Currently the client name is at the bottom of an email notification. If it's an item with lots of notes, one has to scroll all the way to the bottom to see who it's for. Please put client name at TOP of notification email.

This would be very helpful as some activities are pretty long and it requires us to open the email and scroll down to see the contact name. It would be more efficient to have the contact name populate at top of email with the four items below that are currently there:
Activity Date/Time
Type:
Subject:
Description -

Move to the very first line: Linked Contacts:
So when reading the update(s) do NOT have to scroll to the bottom of the notification. Thank you. -

In the new Tailwag version the "Linked Contact" shows at the bottom of any task/apt, and also shows at the bottom in the Redtail email notification. It would be nice if the Linked Contact could be in a larger font size, and also displayed at the top of the message.

It would be very beneficial for the Contact's Name to be included in the Subject line of the email generated when Notify User is utilized. This occurred in the prior version of Redtail.
