Deleting Tag Groups Should Be an Admin Function
The ability to delete a Tag Group should be an administrative function. Users currently have the ability to delete an entire tag group for our entire database.

I lost 500 contacts becuase someone decided to delete one of my tag groups. That was months of work gone in a matter of seconds. That function should not be possible for a shared database.
