Under Workflow Steps - Where the "Mail Merge" Option is, there should be an "E-Mail Merge" as an option
When establishing a workflow Step, it asks if you want to do a "Mail Merge". You should also be able to choose to do an E-mail Merge from a template.

Add a link inside a workflow step that brings up a file saved within redtail users account. For example, maybe a step is to send out an email request to a client for up to date statements for a review. Inside that workflow step description would be a hyperlink that would bring up a template email to customize and send to the client.
