I think this is a very important topic for compliance reasons. It is so much easier to send bulk emails to our clients through Redtail, but we need to track if the emails were opened.

A previous CRM I was using allowed you to monitor your sent email addresses to see if your message was "unopened," "read," or "replied," so you knew exactly when clients opened your messages. If you included any links in the email, it also allowed you to see when/if the client or prospect clicked on the link.
