annual review
It would be extremely helpful to have an annual review tab for contacts with specific fields or the ability to upload the PDF form we use for annual reviews that can be filled online and saved to the client's documents.
The fields we currently use are:
- Account numbers reviewed
- Meeting date
- Review completed - in person, e-mail, Phone, video conference (pick)
- Reviewed Financial Status - with radials (Did not Review, Reviewed no change, Reviewed and changes proposed) Then a box for comment.
- Reviewed Risk Tolerance - with radials (Did not Review, Reviewed no change, Reviewed and changes proposed) Then a box for comment.
- Reviewed Time Horizon - with radials (Did not Review, Reviewed no change, Reviewed and changes proposed) Then a box for comment.
- Reviewed Investment Objective - with radials (Did not Review, Reviewed no change, Reviewed and changes proposed) Then a box for comment.
- Reviewed Asset Allocation and/or Account Holdings - with radials (Did not Review, Reviewed no change, Reviewed and changes proposed) Then a box for comment.
- Reviewed Investment Performance - with radials (Did not Review, Reviewed no change, Reviewed and changes proposed) Then a box for comment.
- Reviewed Advisory Account Fees - with radials (Did not Review, Reviewed no change, Reviewed and changes proposed) Then a box for comment.
-Reviewed Investment Restrictions (if any) - with radials (Did not Review, Reviewed no change, Reviewed and changes proposed) Then a box for comment.
- General Comments section for notes the other areas may not have covered
- Financial Advisory Acknowledgement - something that shows the login of the person who completed the form.
The form would need to be saved every year in some manner and then could be completed again at the next meeting or annual review.
Redtail’s Product Owner has read the suggestion and there is some internal discussion needed in order to determine next steps.
