consistent client search function: ANY combo of names should work in any contact search box
typing in just first name, just last name, first & last, last & first should find client on any Client search bar (homepage, new meeting appointments, notes reports, etc )

When I type in a last name I don't want to see 200+ clients that live in a city/location with that name in it BEFORE I see any clients that match with that name. Change the default or at least give me a filter option.

when i type in last name (preferred) I don't want to see people that have a first name that matches. I just want to search by last name. Sometimes I see names that do not make sense logically.
