Email's sent regarding an activity need improvement
When I create or update a task and add my assistant as a user, she receives an email with a very generic note that says an activity has been updated or created.
It would be very useful if at least the subject of the task could be the subject of the RedTail email, and it would be even better if the advisor assigning the task would be listed in the subject line as well.
example email subject line:
"Rep Name" - "Client Name" - Subject of activity
The subject line does not need to contain sensitive data that could be put in the description area of the email instead. Let the end user make that determination.
Redtail’s Product Owner has read the suggestion and there is some internal discussion needed in order to determine next steps.
