Group Activities Together/"Umbrella" Activities
I would like to group activities together. Meaning, if the "umbrella" activity is to evaluate insurance coverage, I would like to have sub-activities for the individual insurance policies to evaluate. We have a client who is considering long-term care coverage and there are several insurance policies that could be combined to do so, but there are action items associated with each. If I would put those individual activities under an "umbrella" activity it would allow our team to be better organized. Right now there are four activities that are all under the same purpose of evaluating coverage, which makes it more difficult to track and keep organized.
Redtail’s Product Owner has read the suggestion and there is some internal discussion needed in order to determine next steps.

I agree that this type of segmentation would be AWESOME. It would be nice to group all of the pending Life cases, or all the pending Annuity cases (for example) together and work through the list at the same time instead of keeping a list outside of Redtail and looking up each client's activity one by one.
